Returns are accepted provided that contact is made by email within 7 days of the sale date. The customer name and order number must be included inside the return parcel. We will issue a refund if all goods are returned in the same condition as sold and in their original packaging. Where possible it is preferred that return items remain unopened. The customer will pay to return any unwanted items and this cost is non-refundable. |
